I also really appreciate the scripture used to cross reference points, and included a bible study section to dig deeper into the word. "This course was amazing in so many ways! It ties in the clinical side with the biblical side. It's true that everyone struggles with their thoughts, fears, and insecurities. No two people have the same thought struggles. This course hits so many angles with so much information. I was afraid that this course would be as abstract as other articles that I have read with the similar topic, but it wasn't. Instead this course had tons of actionable steps and strategies. The handouts and the journaling guide really do provide avenues to take our thoughts captive."
